I recently sold my home in Las Vegas that my wife and I had owned for 20 years and we used Doug as our realtor based on a recommendation of a good friend. We had been using it as a rental for the past 7 years and it needed considerable maintenance and freshening. Doug did numerous walkthrough's and made recommendations for improvements that increased the value of the home without breaking the bank. He had a list of vetted service providers that he had worked with for years who agreed to do the work at very reasonable prices and they guaranteed their work and bids. My wife and I live out of the country, so Doug supervised the work and gave us frequent updates. Having this level of professionalism and peace of mind, completely removed the stress of selling the home. When the home went on the market, it sold in 36 hours and we had multiple offers. It sold for our asking price and well above the comps in our area. I attribute the quick sale and maximized price as a direct result of Doug's expertise on how to upgrade the look and feel of the house. When compared to other similar homes in the area, ours by far showed the best. Literally, every prospect that viewed the home made an offer. Doug's knowledge of the local real estate market, his marketing of the home, his professionalism, his negotiation skills and his follow-up are unparalleled. Doug is very familiar with the area. Stay on top of all aspects of a sale. He is easy to talk to and share his views openly. I think the most important thing about Doug and Lisa is you can trust them, While this was not a big issue with us, I felt they left some responsibilities too much in our hands.

In Southern Nevada, residential realtors in the public's mind are not necessarily held in the highest esteem. This is certainly not the case with Doug Thompson. We found Mr. Thompson to be friendly, polite, flexible, patient objective, honest and helpful in every way - way above what we expected to find and receive through a realtor.

Doug and Michelle were absolutely fantastic. We moved to LV from out of state. My wife and I (both physicians) had to coordinate arriving to LV for one day trips to look at houses. They were so organized it made the home buying process very pleasant. Despite our time crunch Doug and his staff worked tirelessly and efficiently to narrow down our search to some great choices. Once we decided on the house the whole process went as smoothly as possible. They were some issues with my mortgage company; however, the most amazing thing was how PROACTIVE Doug and his staff were. He was not only respectful of our time, but did absolutely everything possible to make sure our home became our home.

Doug was incredibly helpful during the entire process of buying our home in Las Vegas. As California transplants, we didn't know much about the area as Doug picked up on our likes and dislikes quickly and helped us find the right house for us.
